Juri will devise a strategy to resolve the problem based on the above.

4. Assistance
Juri will devise concepts and techniques to support the Strategy.

5. Execution
Plans and Startegies will be excuted. During this phase the process will be monitored.

6. Review and Advise
Juri will review the excution process and will advise whether to make changes or not.
